With many handling agents employing less-skilled workers, announcements have become incomprehensible, inconsistent or even non-existent. Boarding and Gate calls can now be made to the House Standard in local zones at perfect pitch and volume via a desktop or tablet interface requiring no new cabling or new server.

Announcements can be triggered automatically removing any human intervention, translated into multiple languages, typically a boarding/gate call is translated and broadcast in the Origin, Destination and Airline Languages. Audio and visual flight updates can be made simultaneously in line with the regulation standards set by the Disability Discrimination Act.
